Leah Costanzo is a highly experienced personal injury trial attorney with a proven record of successfully advocating for injured individuals and their families.

Before dedicating her practice to representing injured people, Leah spent years on the other side of personal injury litigation, representing major insurance companies and their insureds in complex cases and at trial. That experience now gives her clients a distinct advantage.

Leah understands how insurance companies evaluate claims, defend lawsuits, prepare cases for trial, and make decisions about settlement. She knows the strategies insurance companies and their attorneys use because she has seen them firsthand. Today, she puts that knowledge to work exclusively for injured people—anticipating the defense, identifying weaknesses in the opposition's case, and building claims designed to maximize recovery.

Leah earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she distinguished herself as an advocate and received the Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award for excellence in trial advocacy. She was also honored with the Judge William J. Regan Award in recognition of her dedication to public service and the welfare of the community.

Prior to representing injured plaintiffs, Leah served as a Senior Trial Lawyer for a major insurance company, where her litigation work earned her the Distinguished Performance Award in Litigation Services.

That combination of experience—defending cases for insurance companies and now fighting on behalf of injured people—shapes the way Leah practices law today.
